M & EM's
My daughter, "M" and her friend, Emily, thus the "EM" were a package of M&EM's for Halloween! I thought it turned out pretty cute so I had to share! I do NOT sew... but look what you can do with scissors, a little felt, glue and staples! I don't think I'll ever want to cut out another little m&m "m" again! Was hoping I would never want to eat one again but... unfortunately that isn't the case! Mmmmmmm : )

The Real Deal!

This was the introduction to my Bible study this week... it so sums up one of my dear friends... I have only known her for two short years... but I feel as if I have known her for a lifetime! She has been one of the biggest blessings in my life! Everyone who knows her feels exactly the same way... she is the real deal... so is her husband...

This post is so random... I was going through iPhoto trying to clean it up and I was just so thankful to God for so many things... these are some of the many pictures that just make me smile... My hand Painted prayer journal from a friend! (Y'all so sweet my friend went to get me a prayer journal and they didn't have any that looked like me... so she took a plain one to our friend Cabell, who is the best artist, she hand painted it just for me! Don't you love just being known... I love that... so special!) Is it not just adorable! My only problem now is that I am scared to write in it! I don't want to mess it up! : )
Flowers my friend gave me for my birthday... My "I'm Believing God" platter my dear friend, Cabell, painted for me... it has the five pledge of faith statements around the Hydrangeas... I love it! : )

Cool New Site/ Brite Revolution
I wanted to tell you all about a really exciting new web site! My brother is a musician in Nashville, TN and has launched a new site with a friend (where he is releasing his new album). It is called Brite Revolution and is a subscription based music download site. It is only $4.99 a month and Brite pays artists to record and release new music on their site monthly (they don't ask for the money back). The best part is that Brite gives 10% of their gross subscription revenue to non-profit causes of the users' and artists' choice. The artists include Billy Cerveny (my brother), Caedmon's Call, Ginny Owens, Waterdeep, Matthew Perryman Jones, Katie Herzig, Andy Davis, Drew Holcomb, Joy Williams and more. The causes they are partnering with are: Compassion International, Make A Wish Foundation, Bloodwater: Mission, Mocha Club, International Justice Mission, Invisible Children, Save Darfur and Best Friends Animal Society.
