Wow! Is that worship or what! Reflecting on who He IS! I have a great friend in town and every time we pray together she will at some point call out some of the names of the Lord... it is such a reminder to me of who HE IS! It makes me tear up to think about it! So Powerful and TRUE! His Character!

Can you imagine the impact if we could memorize that! When you are having a hard day or a fear of some sort... just to say wait a minute... Lord you are the Breath of Life... Our Morning Song... our Everlasting Courage... the Power of Love... the Grace of God... Faithful Shepherd... Reigning Fire from Heaven...

Beautiful! Just Beautiful!

Why do we ever even fear or doubt or run to other idols? (well maybe you all don't)
Anyway... I just love that... don't you... I may challenge myself to memorize it... then I think... there is absolutley no way in the world I could ever do that...

But then again Proverbs- He is our Wisdom! : )

E,
Thanks for posting that. I have printed it out, I want to have it painted or something. It is priceless. I loved being there with you. I feel like I am still processing all the info I took in at Deeper Still. There was definitely some meat, not fluff.

Good to see you tonight, can't wait until August.

That's awesome Emmy!
I print our church bulletin and I think that would be something very cool to put in there.
Thanks for the reminder of ALL He is to us. You're right...He's EVERYTHING!
I can't wait to see you next month in SA!

Emmy, I wrote my other comment at about 12:30 and a little while later I was getting ready to go out and put in a dvd to preview of a new Bible study our ladies will be doing by Priscilla Shirer called "Discerning the Voice of God." All of a sudden she started saying just what you had written and what I had just read.(Gen. - Rev.)
I thought that was really neat.
I will definitely work on memorizing it.

Thanks for a good reminder. I've heard this several times in different worship services and it gives me the chills and makes me what to shout and raise my hands!

Looking forward to meeting you at Siesta Fiesta!

Hi Emmy! I am a TX siesta replying to everyone who made me feel so welcome via my spotlight a couple of weeks ago. I have been on vacation and that explains my tardiness! I look forward to meeting so many girls next weekend - this time next week we will all be in reflection mode! Have you written your spotlight yet? You can do it!!

Emmy,
I just had to write this evening and tell you what a blessing it was to meet you in person in San Antonio this past weekend and hug your sweet neck.
Way back in Feb. when I first heard of your nephew's skiing accident and began to pray for him, I had no idea I would ever meet you since you live in Georgia and I live in Oklahoma. Who would have thought we would not only meet, but sit side by side in an arena of 10,000 people worshipping God together? Like you said, "It was a God thing."
I had such a great time and loved every minute of the conference.
I'm pooped from traveling today, and am heading off to bed. I just couldn't wait to say hello to you though.
God bless you, Emmy!
Love,
Valerie
