Who says God is not a God of Miracles Anymore!?!

From This!

To This!

"PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!"

We had the happiest news today! Chas is leaving Great Ormand Street Hospital!! YEAH! Praise you Jesus!

He will go home for the weekend and then go to Tadworth in Surrey (a rehabilitation hospital) for 3 months! He has made such strides! He can talk (still a little slow and broken) but he is talking! He can walk! (still a little unstable) but he is walking!

As they were leaving the hospital in France the Neurologist said, "Chas may never walk again... he may never write again... he may never... " Well.... not only is he walking... Chas is even kicking a soccer ball! (still note wheelchair in background) ... and he SCORED!

It has been a privilege to watch God's resurrection power at work! He has raised Chas back to life! He is RISEN! The Lord is Risen indeed! Girls that same power that raised Jesus from the dead and seated Him in the heavenly realms is the same power we have everyday! (Ephesians 1:19) Isn't that exciting!

Thank you for your prayers! It has meant to world to our family! Please keep praying if God puts us on your heart... we still have months to go... we want him all back! May God bless each and everyone of you today!

With Thanksgiving and Praise- Emmy : )

Emmy,
That is such great news about Chas! It made my eyes water. God is so good. Thank you for keeping us updated.
About the swap meet...I'd never heard of such a thing either.
Yes, we really enjoyed NYC. Since our hotel was in a location near several of these places, we could go back to our room and stretch out when we needed to. I'm proud of what all we accomplished. There is still so much we didn't get to see. We'll just have to go back.
So, you're a designer? How neat to get to go there those two summers when you were in college.
Bless you Emmy and thanks again. It's such an honor to be able to pray and encourage others and be encouraged. This blogging thing has been such a blessing & encouragement to me.
Talk to you soon.
Bless you,
Valerie

Praise the Lord, thanks for sharing the before and after. I wish we could all have our own little photos in life where God has done the same things to us, before and after, and oh how we have forgotten His power in our own lives. Thanks and praise be to Jesus for healing him!!! God is definitely in the restoration business!! love you girl!

Emmy,

I saw your post at LPM and I had to stop by and tell you I'm praying for you and your son driving! I said it right now!

I also read with astonishment about your nephew! Praise GOD for HIS awesome miraculous power.
Who says HE doesn't do that anymore?
It's not The GOD I serve or you either!!
Wow...thanking HIM for being the perfect Father.

Praying for you and your whole family,
Teri

Emmy, I just read your post on LPM and I chuckled. It reminds me of when my son asked the dreaded question on my Who is in control post. Mothering sure builds character, huh? With u totally, sister..

Emmy,
I'm glad that I came by to pray for your day when your son "drove in the car the first time alone".

I am so touched by Chas and I'm praying now that GOD will heal his precious body.

I pray that you and the rest of the extended family will feel so loved during this time by your Father that you will never be the same. I pray that over Chas as well!

God Bless You Mightily,
Teri
